Furniture is not moved by technicians due to liability purposes. Customer is responsible for any furniture moving needs. Payment must be paid in full regardless of end result, as payment is provided for service provided. We will do our best to remove stains and smells but results are not guaranteed without removal and/or replacement of carpet and padding.
